How does it work?
This site is a universal site of ratings for the different subjects!
It's FINANCES, POLITICS, and OTHER.
All with regard to the ratings in the sphere of business, finance, rating agencies, various large companies, corporations, foundations, insurance companies, banks and so on are located in the section FINANCES.
All, with regard to the ratings of various politicians, political parties, political movements, individuals who influence the political mood in the society, is in the section POLICY.
All the rest, it can be any more or less known people, figures of art, culture, cinema, music. It can be also the certain events, actions, taking place in certain regions of the planet, and requiring the universal assessment, are located in the section OTHER.
All that is located on the site and can be evaluated from the position of ratings, first of all, is linked to the place of location of the evaluated subject. Therefore, first of all, after you select a section, you need to choose geographically the place where the subject is located, which assessment you want to get to know.
If it is a bank, then after selecting the section FINANCE, you should select a country, where headquarters of this bank is located. That is the continent, then the country.
If it is a politician of the country scale, such as the president, then after selecting the section POLICY you should select the country binding of this politician, i.e. the continent, the country. If it is a politician of the city scale, for example: the city mayor, then after selecting the section POLICY, continent, country, you should select the region and then the city, or immediately the city binding of this politician.
If it is a pop artist, then after selecting the section OTHER, you also need to choose the continent and the country of belonging of the artist.
Attention. When selecting the geographical point on the left side of the popup window, you click on the name of the geographical sub-section of the proposed stage, then on the right side of the window, the subjects or folders with sub-sections of the subjects to select the view of the assessment appear located at the given stage of the geographical choice. If you click on the icon to the left of the geographical names of the proposed stages, or click twice on the name of the stage, the sub-section offers you the following advanced stage of the geographical choice.
After you select a destination anchor of the subject, whose assessment you want to get to know in the left side of the window, you should choose a subsection on the right side of the window. This can be the names of the subjects of the assessment, for example: Semenov V.P. in the city will be specified as the city mayor. Or in the country it can be the folder Semenov V.P. president of the country. After the opening of this folder, the system will offer you the ratings of Semenov V.P. according to various criteria. Similarly, your selected geographical section, for example: a country can have the folders "Banks", "Companies", "Policy of the opposition party", "Music", "Cinema", after the opening of these folders, the system will offer you the ratings of the subjects of assessment directly, or the folders named by the subjects, after the opening of which the system will offer you several assessment criteria on this subject.
All the ratings have the degree of assessment from -50 to +50. If you have a negative attitude to the subject of assessment according to the selected criterion, then accordingly you give the grade below zero with a minus sign. If you have positive attitude to the subject of assessment then your grade is above zero with a plus sign. If your attitude towards the subject of the proposed rating is neutral, or you don't know what it is talking about, in order to get more information on this rating, you need to give a neutral opinion that is 0.
In the system you can also propose a subject of rating, whose presence you think should be on the site and your version of the criterion of its assessment. The administrator will review your proposal to approve or decline it additionally notifying you via e-mail on the result.
Requests of the ratings on the site are paid! One request is equal to 0.01 US dollars without taxes. That is, paying 1$ US you will be able to make 100 requests for various ratings! There are several ways and systems of payment on the site. You can choose a convenient for you way of payment and money transfer system!
